Currency & Processing

Donations are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) or US Dollars (USD) through secure payment channels.

6. Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation and communication between parties, initiated by written notice to legal@heartforchildren.org.

Formal Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with Ghanaian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798).

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ghana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

7. Account Termination

User Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Any recurring donations will be cancelled upon account termination.

Our Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our community.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access rights cease immediately. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
